Manage supplier and customer cycles from requests and orders through invoicing and follow-up.

Manage raw materials, finished goods, inventory movements, and Batches across operating stages.

Manage weighbridge tickets and connect accepted receiving quantities to purchasing and invoicing.

Manage processing and repack stages while tracing Batches from raw material through operation stages.

Warehouse temperature logs and operational reports supporting material and batch review.

The project scope includes HR and maintenance configuration within the unified platform.
Operational objective
Create a single source of information that improves operational visibility and raw-material and batch traceability. Final quantified outcomes will be published after validation and client approval.
